Poland’s State Operator Prepares Spinky Casino Launch
Polish state-owned gambling operator Totalizator Sportowy is preparing to launch Spinky, its second online casino brand. The Spinky.pl domain has been added to the Ministry of Finance’s list of authorised gambling websites.
Spinky will operate alongside Total Casino, which has served Polish online casino players since 2018. The new brand does not represent an opening of the market to private casino operators. Totalizator Sportowy will remain the only company permitted to offer online casino games in Poland.
The platform is currently being tested by a limited group of users. Access will be expanded in stages depending on the results, but no public launch date has been confirmed.
Unlike Total Casino, which uses Playtech technology, Spinky will run on a platform developed by Totalizator Sportowy. The initial offer is expected to include several hundred slot games, while live casino titles will not be available at launch.
The operator plans to use the second brand to expand Poland’s legal casino offer and move more players away from unlicensed websites. Spinky will include responsible gambling tools such as player limits, monitoring, self-exclusion and access to professional support.
